Innovative Steel Technologies, Inc. has officially acquired all assets of Renaissance Steel, based in Tampa, Florida. The acquisition was announced by Innovative Steel's president, Richard D. Biddle, as part of a strategic move to expand production capabilities and enhance service reach.

As part of the acquisition, Innovative Steel Technologies will assume operations at Renaissance Steel’s 80,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Tampa. This facility will serve as a key production hub, supporting NexFrame’s steel framing systems and enabling faster, more efficient delivery across the region.

The expansion is expected to generate 35 to 50 new jobs, creating valuable employment opportunities in the Tampa area and contributing to local economic growth. With this move, Innovative Steel reaffirms its commitment to American manufacturing, operational excellence, and innovative building solutions.
